Billing Overview

All paid services on MalawiSongs (including Premium and Artist plans) are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

  • Mobile Money (Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba)
  • Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal (where available)
  • Bank transfers (for business accounts)

Subscription Terms

Auto Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Billing Cycle

Billing is done monthly or yearly depending on your selected plan.

Price Changes

We may update pricing with prior notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below.

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the service was not used.
  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
  • Accidental duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through support.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used subscription time
  • Downloaded premium content
  • Artist promotion campaigns
  • Violation of platform policies

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method used. Mobile money refunds may take shorter or longer depending on the provider.
